North Dakota changes 92507 payment rules

2026-02-11 · North Dakota Medicaid comparison · Policy effective February 1; ASHA update February 11

ASHA describes adult limits moving from visits to units and a reduced-service modifier/payment when face-to-face time is below the state’s minimum. It explicitly separates these state rules from the national 92507 review.

Practice or reimbursement impact: Illustrates how a payer can alter reimbursement independently of a national code change; do not apply these rules to Illinois.

Status and date context: Historical state-specific summary; use the current North Dakota manual for billing.
