CPT valuation surveys expected October 15

Reported in ASHA Now October 13 newsletter · underlying ASHA update October 8 · national · checked October 13. Randomly selected SLPs who provide fiber endoscopic evaluation and swallowing function services may receive an AMA-related CPT valuation survey around October 15 from noreply@qemailserver.com. Selected audiologists may receive a separate audiometric-test survey.

The surveys collect time and skill inputs for routine RUC review. They are not a new payer rate, authorization policy or announcement about adoption of the 92507 replacement codes. Respond only if selected and follow the invitation; recipient-specific survey links should not be forwarded. October 15 is an expected distribution date, not a verified response deadline.
